- Speed of tailoring to order - failure to meet the promised deadline
After more than a month, I sent an inquiry asking when my order would be ready (according to the website 2-3 weeks). The answer was that it would be 16.6., (the order was 17.4). What was my surprise when I received another email that day saying that the order was ready. I will still be happy to order from you again, because quality is important to me. I hope that next time you will fine-tune the delivery time as well.
